Out of the Fog and into Awareness: a model of adoptee consciousness
Hi all! It’s been awhile since I’ve shared new content, which makes me especially thrilled to tell you about an exciting and meaningful project I’ve been working on with @harlows_monkey, @drsusanbranco, @dr_stephanie_kripa, and Paula O’Loughlin.
I am so glad to have had the opportunity to be a part of this afternoon’s keynote discussion on the topic of adoptees as immigrants with Dr. Daniel Drennan ElAwar and Anissa Druesedow moderated by Dr. Chaitra Wirta-Leiker at the 10th Biennial Adoption Initiative Conference. Such important and thought provoking conversations happening this weekend!
